Garlic Granules Roasted

Garlic was one of the earliest cultivated herbs, but its early use was mainly medical and magical. Native to Asia, odds are you either love or hate garlic. Roasting garlic imparts a mild, nutty flavor. Ideally suited for sauces and salad dressings. Sprinkle on meat, fish, poultry, or vegetables. Use about 1/2 tsp. per pound.

Savory is highly aromatic, as the name suggests. It is native to the eastern Mediterranean. Savory is related to the mint family, and has an aroma and flavor that is similar to a combination of mint and thyme. Use to season pates, soups, pork, poultry, fish and bean dishes. Savory also goes well with goat cheese, lamb, grilled meats, game and chicken livers.

Old Style Hickory Bacon Rub

This old Virginian style blend, with its hickory taste and full rounded flavor, only gets better with the addition of a little sweet cured bacon! It is the best darn blend for pork that you will ever find. Great for pork chops, pork roast, also wonderful on ribs and turkey. We love this sprinkled on fresh green beans and as a seasoning for split pea soup.
