Parsley

Parsley is probably America’s favorite herb. Native to the Mediterranean region, parsley is loaded with vitamins and minerals. The chlorophyll content cleanses the pallet, so eat your parsley! Parsley is also very light in weight, one ounce will give you nearly a couple of cups. Use parsley with soups, stews, compound butters, fish, shellfish, poultry, game, pasta, potatoes, rice, pork, beef, and vegetable dishes. Makes a beautiful garnish.
