Current batch is more brown in color* Made from dried poblano which is one of the sweetest of the dried chiles. It has a dark reddish brown color. The most commonly used dried chile in Mexico. Fruit, coffee, licorice, tobacco and raisin flavors. Used in moles, Mexican chili, sauces, soups, and baked dishes.
