Shipping & Returns

We ship anywhere in the United States! 
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.  Shipments will be sent with the United States Postal Service or UPS, and should arrive in 2-7 business days from the ship date (HI and AK will take longer to process.)  We will ship in the most cost effective way, unless called or emailed to expedite the package. 
Orders of 15 ounces or less of product will typically cost $5-$8 (which is less than the usual estimate.)

UPS shipments will not go out on Saturdays.  Please plan on shipments to go out Monday-Friday.

Orders will be manually processed, so shipping cost may vary from the estimate.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards.

All spices, tea and food products are non-returnable. 
*Please note that due to variances in each crop, the colors and texture of  blends, spices & teas may slightly vary over time.

Please send an email informing of your return prior to shipping.
Returns are accepted in the original packaging, unused, within 30 days, accompanied by a copy of your receipt.  All return postage costs must be covered by the individual returning the product, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.  Any returns without a receipt or order confirmation will receive a gift card as an in store credit.  The credit will not be issued until the product has arrived back at our store and meets the above requirements.  Any shipments in Michigan will be taxed at 6% (excludes food, spices & tea.)
